A Journey of Purpose and Impact
My career has been shaped by deeply personal experiences, which ultimately led me to found TrueBrain. After witnessing my grandmother’s battle with dementia and my son’s struggle with depression, I knew there had to be a way to address cognitive health before it reached such critical points. This is why I turned to ERP screening—it could have made all the difference in both cases.
My journey began in healthcare at Jackson Memorial Hospital, where I started as a transporter. From the outset, I was passionate about understanding the inner workings of healthcare and improving patient outcomes. When I was introduced to neurodiagnostics, I found my true calling. Over the years, I specialized in various aspects of neurodiagnostics, including epilepsy monitoring, ambulatory EEG, and intraoperative monitoring.
Driven by a desire to expand my impact, I transitioned into business development roles within the neurodiagnostics space. I built neurodiagnostic labs from the ground up, developed leadership teams, and formed strategic partnerships, eventually moving into telehealth to bridge the gap in primary care, cardiology, and neurology services for hospital systems.
Founding TrueBrain was a culmination of my passion for brain health and my belief that early intervention can change lives. Our ERP screenings are designed to give individuals the power to understand their brain health before it becomes a crisis, offering hope and solutions where they may not have existed before.

Advocate for Holistic Healthcare Transformation
As a visionary healthcare executive, I’ve spent over two decades driving transformative growth in clinical operations, surgical care, and patient-centric strategies across diverse healthcare settings. At TrueBrain, my purpose is deeply rooted in a passion for helping people discover how their brains work—not just through advanced neuroscience, but through a comprehensive lens that connects mental health with physical, neurological, and behavioral care.
My journey into the neuroscience space is driven by the belief that understanding brain health should be accessible, actionable, and integrated into every facet of healthcare. I am particularly focused on the interaction between brain function and specialties such as orthopedics, pain management, sleep medicine, and trauma-informed care. The brain is not an isolated organ—it is the conductor of the human experience—and my role at TrueBrain is to harmonize that understanding within America’s evolving care delivery systems.
With a proven history of building high-performance teams, launching revenue-generating clinical programs, and leading cultural shifts within complex organizations, I bring a practical yet deeply empathetic approach to my work. Whether through strategic partnerships, patient education, or shaping digital health solutions, I aim to bridge gaps between science, care, and community.

Neuroscience coaching helps you optimize brain performance, manage stress, and move toward your goals with clarity and confidence—using cutting-edge science, not therapy.
What Is Neuroscience Coaching?
Neuroscience Coaching is a forward-focused, science-backed approach to unlocking your brain’s full potential. Unlike therapy, which often looks to the past to heal trauma, neuroscience coaching is about building mental strength, focus, and resilience for what’s ahead.
As a neuroscience coach, I work with clients to help them:
- Enhance cognitive performance
- Manage stress effectively
- Improve clarity, decision-making, and mental stamina
- Set and achieve high-impact mental goals
Using evidence-based techniques rooted in neuroscience, I create personalized strategies to optimize your brain for the challenges of daily life and high-stakes environments. Whether you’re a professional looking for a cognitive edge, or simply someone wanting more control over your mental energy—this work is designed to empower you with tools, not treatments.
